I am the owner of an older model Toyota Tercel. The car would not pass the smog inspection. We went so far as having the engine rebuilt at a cost of around $1600.00 only to have the emission reading get worse. I finally took my car to Tony at KO. He was able to find a cracked wire which he replaced for around $250.00. I could have saved a lot time and money by taking my car to him first. I know now.
